Cancellations and refunds
Tickets are non-refundable if you can no longer attend the event.
For leisure activities taking place on a specific date, the usual 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply under Article VI.53, 12° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your place to another person. Please contact us before the event so we can update the participant’s name.
If we cancel an event, the ticket price will be refunded. Any non-refundable booking or payment-processing fees charged by the ticketing/payment platform may be excluded from the refund where legally permitted.
We cannot reimburse other expenses related to attending the event, such as travel or accommodation.
Program changes
Occasionally, we may need to make reasonable changes to the programme, schedule, teacher or venue due to circumstances outside our control.
We will communicate significant changes to registered participants by email whenever reasonably possible and update the event information online.
If an event is postponed or substantially changed, we will communicate the options available to ticket holders.
Photos and videos
Photos and videos may be taken during some events for documentation and to communicate and promote Fusion Circus activities.
If you do not want to appear in identifiable photos or videos, please let us know before the event and remind the photographer or organiser when you arrive. We will make reasonable efforts to respect your preference.
Where an event takes place in a public space, we cannot guarantee that you will not appear incidentally in wider shots of the space or crowd.
