Thai Yoga Massage · Kobido · Head & Neck Massage

Three approaches to bodywork, from individually adapted full-body Thai Yoga Massage rooted in traditional Thai medicine to focused work with the face, head and neck.

My approach brings together traditional bodywork, contemporary knowledge of anatomy and movement, and attention to the individual experience.

Sessions take place in Etterbeek, a studio in Saint-Gilles, or at your home in Brussels.

Kobido

For a structured Japanese facial massage with varied rhythms and techniques — from quick and dynamic to slow and quiet.

Relaxing face, head & neck massage

A full-body session genuinely adapted to you

Thai Yoga Massage is a holistic form of bodywork rooted in traditional Thai medicine, combining pressure and rhythmic compression with assisted movement, stretching and touch. Each session develops around you — how you are feeling that day, what you tell me and how your body responds. The work can range from subtle to intense, while respecting your comfort and limits. For me, Thai Yoga Massage is also an energetic meeting between practitioner and receiver, based on attention, listening and touch.

Focused touch, slower rhythms

This massage focuses on the face, scalp, neck and shoulders, with an emphasis on slower rhythms and attentive, responsive touch. Unlike Kobido, there is no structured protocol to follow. This gives me more freedom to adapt the pace, focus and quality of touch to the person receiving it. The focus is simple: a quiet, relaxing experience centred around touch.

Japanese facial massage as bodywork

Kobido is a Japanese approach to facial massage characterised by a structured sequence of techniques and changing rhythms. Some sequences are quick and dynamic; others are slower and quieter. Although Kobido is often associated with beauty and appearance, this isn’t the main focus of my practice. I am more interested in Kobido as bodywork for the face — an opportunity to experience the face through touch and sensation, rather than only through how it looks.

OUR APPROACH TO BODYWORK

My background in dance, movement and somatic practice influences the way I work with touch — particularly my attention to weight, support, movement and stillness.

Technique matters, but so do attention, communication, boundaries and the quality of the encounter between practitioner and receiver.

I work with attention to the person receiving the massage and respect for their comfort and boundaries.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We begin with a short conversation about how you’re feeling, what you’re looking for from the session and anything you’d like me to know.

You can tell me about your preferences and boundaries, and communication remains open throughout the massage. You can always ask for a change in pressure, position, pace or touch.

You don’t need to know exactly what you need before you arrive. Part of the process — particularly in Thai Yoga Massage — is allowing the session to develop in response to what you communicate and what we notice as we work.

No. The session is adapted to you, and movement stays within your comfortable range.

It shouldn’t be. Pressure and movement are adapted to you, and you can always ask for a change.

Thai Yoga Massage is fully clothed. Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move easily.

Kobido follows a structured sequence with varied rhythms and techniques. The relaxing massage is slower and can be adapted more freely.

Yes. Home sessions are available in Brussels; for new clients, I ask for a short introductory video call first.
